Hanging Instructions

Understanding our backing mount.

We have a very rigid mounting done at the back of the metal print which 1 inch thick and provides your print with a depth and sturdiness as you mount it to your wall.

We have 2 options to mount metal prints to your wall.

Adhesive Stickies with Velcro Backing ( No Nails to your walls )         

Check the wall you would like to place your print onto. Once you have decided just peel the stickers from the back of your print and attach it to the wall and hold the prints for 20 seconds with pressure. Make sure your hands are clean while doing so. These can be applied to all surfaces but make sure your paints are good.

Nail to your wall

As per the size of the print it is up to you is require 1 or 2 nails to be screwed on to your wall. Just ensure nails are in the straight line to avoid imbalance. Once the nails are placed just hook it to the back of your print.

Cleaning Metal Prints

To properly and safely clean a metal print, use a streak-free cleaning solution and a non-abrasive cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. Wipe from the middle of the print towards the edge to ensure your metal print is streak and dirt free. To do this your require a Mico Fiber Cloth and a Cleaning agent.

Micro Fiber Cloth

When selecting a cloth the most important thing to keep in mind is to choose a cloth that will not smudge the surface of the print or leave dirt particles behind. Microfiber and lint-free cloths are excellent options as they are designed not to leave behind particles. Non-abrasive cloths such as this can be found on Amazon or at your local supermarket. Likewise, ensure there are no small rocks or other material that may be dragged across the surface of the print when cleaning to avoid scratching it.

Avoid using hand towels, paper towels, or tissues to clean the surface of your print; doing so will leave unwanted streaks and lint particles.

Cleaning Solutions

For a cleaning solution, the most important part of selecting your solution of choice is to use one that will not damage the color nor metal itself. There are several options that accomplish this, as seen below:

Water – Water is a quick and easy solution for cleaning surface dirt from the metal print, but typically leaves streaks or smudges.

Glass cleaner – any streak-free glass cleaner works for cleaning off surface dirt and fingerprints.

Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol – use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol with a non-abrasive cloth to clean fingerprints off of your metal print. The alcohol dries streak free, leaving your print shiny and new looking.

Do not use bleach or heavy duty cleaning solution as they could damage the surface of your print.

Shipping and Delivery

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We ship out of Mumbai .Once you receive a tracking number, it can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to arrive via Ground shipping based on your location. Ground Shipping includes Saturday as a delivery day for home addresses.

I want a faster shipping to be done, how can we do that.

For faster shipping we do by air, the expenses need to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are based on destination.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Rallico ships to one address per order.

Can I combine shipping between orders?

We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders.

Conditions of Return

In the case wherein the print received by you are damaged because of shipping you are requested to mail us with photos of the damaged print to info@rallico.com

We will replace the print and ship back to you. Please note this can be only done once we receive the print back in the same packaging.

We will scheduke a pick from the same address that the print has been shipped to and a replacement will be in process on the prints are recevied( Please note the image cannot be changed )

Terms of Use

Welcome to Rallico LLP. You may order prints from Rallico by sending digital images to us and use of this Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. The management and the use of the digital image which you uploaded are entrusted to Rallico LLP.

Service Availability

The Service is available only to residence in India for its fulfillment at Rallico LLP  in INDIA. The Service allows rallico.com print, delivery and online payment to us. The management and the use of the digital image which you uploaded are entrusted to Rallico LLP.

Payment

By agreeing to pay for prints upon ordering, you are acknowledging your responsibility to fulfill payment before the prints can be made. This ensures that the printing process will not be delayed and that the prints can be produced in a timely manner. Without paying for the prints upfront, will resulting in a delay or cancellation of your prints.

Ownership of Images

Rallico LLP acknowledges that users uploading digital images retain full ownership and copyright of their respective content. Rallico LLP solely acts as a service provider, facilitating the printing and processing of images based on user instructions. At no point does Rallico LLP claim ownership or any rights to the images provided by users. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to copy and utilize each image they submit for printing through our Service.

AI Generated Images

We like printing AI-created pictures, but we might not print images with identifiable people or politically-driven content.

Example: At our printing company, we utilize AI technology to generate fascinating and unique images. However, we have a policy of not printing pictures that feature recognizable individuals or anything related to political matters. For instance, if someone requests a printout of an AI-generated image showcasing a stunning landscape or abstract art, we would happily fulfill the request. However, if the image contains identifiable faces or symbols associated with political ideologies, we would decline the printing job.

Your Responsibility

You must have the legal right to copy each image that you order. Photographs obtained from websites or print publications may be protected by copyright and should not be sent to Rallico. You agree NOT to use the Service:

for any illegal or improper purpose;

to upload any material that is obscene, indecent, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, illegal, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable;

to upload any material that you do not have a right to transmit under any contractual or fiduciary relationship or which infringes any copyright, trade mark, patent or other intellectual property right or other right of any third party including but not limited to Rallico LLP;

to harm minors in any way, including, but not limited to, content that is indecent, violates Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., Juvenile Justice Act etc

to upload any material which is likely to cause harm to Rallico LLP or anyone else’s computer system, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to the Service which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to the Service;

to interfere with or disrupt this Service or servers or networks connected to this Service, or to disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this Service; or

to provide any information to Rallico LLP that is false or misleading, that attempts to hide your identity or that you do not have the right to disclose.

Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with pictures to info@rallico.com so we can submit a claim to our shipping provider. PLEASE SAVE ALL YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Once we receive the pictures we will immediately put your re-print into production. Please check the Refund policy 

Product Limitations

Metal prints are a popular choice for displaying photographs due to their sleek and modern appearance. However, the process of creating these prints involves a transfer process where the image is transferred onto the metal surface using heat. This method may result in variations in color and contrast, making it difficult to guarantee perfect results every time. This is because there are no ICC profiles available for metal prints, which would ensure accurate color representation. As a result, the final product may differ slightly from the original image.

Cancellation

Once the payment is transferred for your desired print, we will begin the production process within 24 hours. We understand that plans can change and circumstances may arise, which is why we offer a cancellation policy within 12 hours of payment transfer.

TAT

At Rallico LLP, we understand that time is of the essence when it comes to fulfilling orders for our customers. That's why we strive to take your orders as quickly as possible and ensure that standard orders are shipped within 10 working days. However, we do acknowledge that during festive holidays, there may be a delay in processing and shipping orders due to high demand and logistical constraints.

Advertising and Promotions

As part of our order process, we may ask for permission to take videos or photos of the finished product to share on our social media channels, website, or events.
